Board of Directors 27th May 2022
Dear members,
Following the resignation of two members of the Board of PEN Greece Erifili Maroniti (Vice President) and Christina Linardaki (Member) and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph. 16, the BoD decided to replace the outgoing members of the Board by the following members of the association as deputies: Angeliki Boziki and Dimitris Fileles.
Furthermore, we inform you that during the meeting of the Board of Directors that took place on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 16:30, the Board of Directors was re-formed in a body, in the presence of the lawyer Tatiana Papamattheou, in order to take office until the next General Assembly, which will either approve the filling of the positions of the departed members by the deputies, or will proceed to the election of new members of the Board in place of the departed.

- Tessy Baila, Secretary
- Angeliki Boziki, Treasurer
- Konstantinos Bouras, Member
- Kostas Stoforos, Member
- Dimitris Fileles, Member
The BoD of PEN Greece expresses its gratitude and thanks to the two members who left the Board. but who remain members of the association:
In particular, the board of directors of PEN Greece warmly thanks the founding member, Vice President, Coordinator of the Representatives of the association and member of the Women Writers Committee Erifili Maroniti, who from the first moment embraced the idea of the birth of the union, being tireless for almost three years until its establishment, she served with absolute success as Vice President and has been a dynamic pioneer in its direction and course so far. Erifili Maroniti remains in the Women Writers Committee.
Christina Linardaki, member of the Board, who carried out with absolute success the duties of the Digital Manager of the association with energy, satisfying the many requirements of this responsible position, while forming an excellent image of the Greek branch of PEN International both inside and outside. Christina Linardaki gave impetus to the work of the association in the best possible way.
We wholeheartedly wish both ladies personal, family and professional happiness and good luck afterwards, while expressing our belief that by continuing the path we have set out together we will have a healthy and strong union thanks to their valuable contribution. We hope that our paths will meet often and together we will continue the ambitious course of the association, as in the past, with solidarity.
