Following the decision of 2.11.2021 of the Interim Board of the HELLENIC LITERARY AND FRIENDS OF LITERATURE ASSOCIATION PEN GREECE its members are invited to the: GENERAL ASSEMBLY which will take place on Thursday 2nd December 2021 at 19.00 through the ZOOM platform and the e-voting platform.

- Interim Administration Report by the President and the Vice President
- Financial Presentation by the Treasurer
- Exemption of the Provisional Administration for what has been done so far
- Election of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and the Disciplinary Board
The e-mail will state the name of the member and for which body of the three (3) he/she wishes to declare his/her candidacy. E.g. Name: Maria Petropoulou for the Board of Directors, or the Audit Committee, or the Disciplinary Board. Optionally, each candidate member can send to the e-mail a short text (up to 300 words), with which he/she presents his ideas and vision for PEN GREECE, as well as his contact details, so that other members may contact him/her.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES
The responsibilities of the Administrative Bodies of PEN GREECE are stated in the articles of association, which are posted on the website of the association: https://pen-greece.org/en/constitution/
However, as these are the first appointments of the association, you can read more about the responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and the Disciplinary Board, according to the experience of the Interim Board HERE.
It is clarified that the responsibilities of each role are indicative and it is not necessary to be adopted by the elected administration with the specific distribution. But the responsibilities as a whole are necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the association.
