Evi Rahal was born in Athens, Greece. She graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom with the title BSc with (Hons) in Optical management. She completed specialised training in teaching English to speakers of other languages and works as a teacher. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Creative writing, a bi- institutional programme founded by the University of Western Macedonia and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has published two children’s books and also short stories and poems in online literature magazines. In 2023 she received the first prize from the Association of Amphictyony of Hellenism for her poem Bittersweet symphony.
