Maria Drimi was born in 1968, Athens. She studied Medicine at University of Athens and works as an intensive care doctor in a National Health System hospital. She has a degree in Philology-University of Athens. She has attended courses of creative writing and has graduated from the School Triggering Theatrical Writing of Poreia Theatre.Theatrical plays: In green pastures (2019), At the desk (2020), Fair wind (2020), All those pictures (2020), Xerxes (2021), Garamond 12 (2021), Dead flies (2022), Continuum (2022). She has published short stories in literature magazines and sites. Her first book, the short novel A crack in the wall (2022) has been published in 2022 by Iolkos publishing company. She has published critiques in electronic magazines (Diastixo, Fractal etc.)
