Institute of Greek and Latin Studies (Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague). Her interests relate to Greek literature, with an emphasis on parodies, dramatic works, translation, and translation theory. She has published articles on these subjects in journals, collective volumes, and monography including: ‘Staging of Classical Drama around 2000’, Choricius’ Apologia mimorum, ‘Aristophanes Avant-garde’, and ‘Who Laughs Beardless? – Spanos: A Byzantine Popular Text in the Form of Parody and Satire’.

She collaborates with Arc-Net (the European Network of Research and Documentation of Performances of Ancient Drama) and is a member of EENS (European Society of Modern Greek Studies) and the editorial board of the journal Neograeca Bohemica.
