Roula Gatzogia was born in Patras on 12.2.1975 and lives in Agrinio. She graduated from the Department of History-Archeology of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Ioannina and works as a teacher of language and literature in the private sector of education. She holds a postgraduate degree in Adult Education from the Hellenic Open University. During 1999-2001, she worked as a librarian in a Primary School of Patras as part of a pilot program of lending libraries.
