Tamara Kostic Pahnoglu was born in 1975 in Niš, Serbia, where she lives until now. She works at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš as a Modern Greek language and literature professor. She obtained her PhD degree at the Capodistrian University of Athens.
She has been involved in literary translations since 1993. Until now she has translated works of Seferis, Papadiamantis, Frangias, Samarakis, Vasilikos, Matesis, Nollas, Sinou, Fakinou, Galanaki, Zateli, Niklaidou, Mihalopoulou, Karistiani, Sotiropoulou, Marangopoulo, Hatziantoniou, Solomou and many others.
Besides being a philologist, she is also an electrical engineer.
She is dedicated to studying and applying methods for self-development, such as ThetaHealing and Reiki.
She is the author of the book “Success now”.
