E.g. Name: Maria Petropoulou for the Board of Directors, or the Audit Committee, or the Disciplinary Board. Optionally, each candidate member can send to the e-mail a short text (up to 300 words), with which he\/she presents his ideas and vision for PEN GREECE, as well as his contact details, so that\u00a0 other members may\u00a0 contact him\/her.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30th, 2021, the candidacies of the members will be posted on the website of PEN GREECE<\/strong>. We remind you that in the General Assembly and in the voting can take part only the members that had paid their obligations prior to the beginning of the General Assembly.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of no quorum, the repeat General Assembly will be held on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 9th, 2021 at 19:00, online through the ZOOM platform and the e-voting platform, at which time the final elections will be held, regardless of the quorum attained, or not.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities of the Administrative Bodies of PEN GREECE are stated in the articles of association, which are posted on the website of the association:<a href=\"https:\/\/pen-greece.org\/en\/constitution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong> https:\/\/pen-greece.org\/en\/constitution\/<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>However, as these are the first appointments of the association, you can read more about the responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and the Disciplinary Board, according to the experience of the Interim Board <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pen-greece.org\/en\/explanatory-note-to-the-candidates-for-the-elections-of-thursday-2nd-december-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\">HERE<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is clarified that the responsibilities of each role are indicative and it is not necessary to be adopted by the elected administration with the specific distribution.
