Dr. Despoina Papastathi teaches Modern Greek Literature at the Department of Philology of the University of Ioannina, Greece. Her research focuses on literary genres and the relation of literature with other arts. She has participated in many scientific conferences and Erasmus programs and has published numerous scientific articles. She collaborates with newspapers and literary magazines on writing critical texts about literature (poetry and prose). She is the author of the books: Κική Δημουλά «αχθοφόρος μελαγχολίας».
