Vassiliki Yiannou is a graduate of the History –Archeology department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with an MA in Educational Sciences of the Open University of Cyprus. She teaches as a philologist in upper Secondary Education. She maintains an educational blog Fecebook page (https://www.facebook.com/filoblogiko/).
She is in charge of the School Library of her school (https://www.facebook.com/bibliothiki2gelevosmou/) and has run many projects to promote reading. Her book literary reviews and short stories have been published in literature e-magazines Fractal, Frear, Booksitting. She is also a member of EuroClio (European Association of History Educators) and a member of the Organization for History Education in Greece (AHEG). She declares herself a bookworm since childhood.
