Eleni Goula was born in Vasilitsi, a village in south Peloponnese and worked in Secondary Education as a philologist. Her short stories have been published in online and print magazines. Her first literary appearance was in the magazine “Big Bang” no. 3, October 1997 with the short story “Skomeftis”. For a decade she was part of the Editorial Team of the literary magazine “Mandragoras”. She collected and recorded cooking recipes and other folklore elements of the traditional cuisine of Vasilitsi, which are published on the blog: http://syntagesapokatina.blogspot.com.
