She was born in Chania on the Greek island of Crete and lives in Heraklion, Crete. She hold a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, practiced law and worked professionally in ecotourism. She was involved in theater and radio (State Radio of Heraklion), has travelled a lot, and has published twelve books, mostly short stories ( short listed for national award 2023) but also novels.
