.Anna Vasileiadi was born in Piraeus. She studied Economics at the University of Piraeus and has completed university courses in personality disorders, criminology, geopolitics, migration flows, etc. In addition to her native language, she speaks English, French, Italian and continues to learn new languages, trying to understand different cultures. She has worked in the shipping, legal, educational sectors and she works in technology.

She is also an author and has written children’s, teen and adult books, and has also done literary translations. She has written the texts for theater and ballet performances, has written her own columns in printed and online magazines and newspapers, and has participated as a speaker in conferences and book festivals.

She has participated in collective projects, and has also done books editing.

She has been a member of the National Society of Greek Writers, as well as the National Society of Literary Translators, from which she was awarded for her translation in 2011. She is a member of the Women’s Literary Team since 2007, where she has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors since 2014 and is serving as President since 2019.

She loves her two daughters, her hometown, the sea in all its seasons, summer, traveling – mainly by boat -, she enjoys nature, animals, music and -definitely-, reading.
