Akis Karapanagiotis
Akis Karapanagiotis is a journalist, essayist, author and poet from Patras, descending from Aitolia and Akarnania. He studied journalism in Athens and Public Relations in Edinburgh. He has lived in 7 countries and travelled to 30. His dream was to become a neuroscientist or psychologist and study the human mind. He is still trying to achieve that through his writings and personal study. He has worked as a journalist in Greece and other European countries and nowadays lives and works in Cyprus. He is the author of “Deigma Antropou” (Human Sample) (Ostria Publications, Athens 2023), “Catharsis” (Ostria Publications, Athens 2024), “Antilipsi” (Perception) (Ostria Publications, Athens 2025), and the academic publication “Framing as an essential function of creating propaganda: Exploring the link between frames and propagandizing” (Eliva Press, 2025). He has participated in collective works, and publications in magazines in Greece and abroad. Finally, he has received commendations in panhellenic poetry competitions and awards in international ones, as a debut author and for his collective works.
