TAKIS PIERRAKOS was born at Drosopigi of Laconia, Greece, in 1958. He is a graduate of the Law School of the National Capodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master Degree in Marine Law and Policy of the University of Wales (Cardiff). He lives in Athens and he works as shelf-employed lawyer. He has published eight (8) poetry books in Greek Language and one (1) book with translations of English spoken Irish poems from English to Greek. Poems of him and translations of English verses to Greek written by the same, can be traced in collective works and in the web. He is a contributor to the site for books, arts and ideas <booksitting>. Visits are also accepted at <Takispierrakos.gr>
