Mary Voulgari
Mary Voulgari is born in 1989 in Athens and grew up in Tanagra Boeotia. She is a graduate political scientist and historian from Panteion University, and she recently received her master degree in International and European Studies from University of Piraeus.
Her innate love for fantasy and horror literature has led her to read and write fiction short stories from her youngest years. For about a year she wrote in the famous website “The Daily Owl”. Writing stories is her favorite leisure and she was always in love with the fantasy realm.
In 2016 she lettered in I-Write Conquest Zombies in Greece with her short story “The Black Blood”.
From July 2017 up until now, she is an active member of Will o’ Wisps blog team. Furthermore, she wrote the epic fantasy short story “The Wind Rider” for Will o’ Wisps second anthology book “Whispers of the Winter”.
In 2019 she took part in the 1st Pan-Hellenic Writing Conquest, organized by Literature Magazine Kefalos. Her short story “The Free Slave” won the first place for Crime Fiction.
The Island of Bones by Entypois Editions is her first novel.
