Alexia Kalogeropoulou

Born and based in Athens, Alexia Kalogeropoulou is a poet, writer, and cultural journalist. In 2014, she founded BookSitting (booksitting.gr), a website devoted to books, arts, and ideas. She also works as an adult educator, running seminars that include the experiential workshop “Ecopoetry – Writing with Nature,” which brings together creative writing, literature, and ecopsychology. Her published work to date includes three poetry collections, a book on personal development, and a children’s book, alongside contributions to numerous poetry and prose anthologies. Her poems have been translated into several languages, and her work has featured at festivals and cultural events in Greece and abroad. She studied Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, followed by postgraduate studies in Cultural Studies and Human Communication (also NKUA) and in Creative Writing (Hellenic Open University).
